Wirer - Electrical

Electrical Wirer

Pay range: $17-$18/hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assembly of electrical chassis.

2. Wire electrical chassis and panels.

3. Route and terminate wire and cables in machines as needed.

4. Perform tasks assigned accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Keep accurate logs of hours for assigned tasks if necessary.

6. Keep work area clean with safety issues in mind.

7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Able to read and understand assembly drawings and electrical schematics.

2. Supply own basic hand tools.

3. Able to use a variety of crimp tools effectively.

4. Perform alternate tasks after training that may not be related to electrical.

5. Able to work and communicate well with others in organization.

6. Proficient with soldering iron.
