    Actalent is currently working with a small general contractor in the Baltimore market. We are currently looking to add an ~~~ the team. Project comprise of interior TI project up to 3million. SCIF ROOM and Secure Space is a big focus currently. Office space, retail, hospitality etc. Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing subs, managing project schedule/budget, Ordering materials, coordinating permits/inspections, ensuring safety on project sites and communication between owners/project teams.
