ABOUT THE ROLE

Summer Work Summer Help work duties are to perform general labor tasks assigned by the Plant Manager. Candidates should be able to work safely, be punctual, and have a desire to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Typical Responsibilities:

• Landscaping

• Painting

• Cleaning

• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager Typical Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and Saturday as needed

• June, July and August

• Pay will be $23.17/hr

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 18 years of age by May 1, 2024

• Physically able to perform the work (lift up to 50 lbs.)

• Successfully pass a physical and drug screen

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
