As the Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project administration, ensuring seamless coordination among BSI Leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in the low voltage construction industry with HP.

    Compensation Range (Colorado Only)

    • $90,000 - $105,000

    Position Description:

    The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for working closely with all project stakeholders to coordinate project administration including preparation of action plans, management of client meetings, and performing additional duties such as risk management, maintaining project documentation, safety, and handling financial queries. The goal of this role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined standards.

    Position Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.

    • Four (4) years' experience in construction related position or combination of work experience and education.

    • Experience in site level estimating and negotiations.

    • Valid Driver's License.

    • Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team.

    • Excellent working knowledge of construction methods, facilities operations and building systems.

    • Familiarity with strategic planning and project execution.

    • Ability to prioritize effectively and exercise sound judgment when supporting strategic decisions.

    • Software proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Suite).

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficient in cost change management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional accreditations such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related certification.

    Essential Duties:

    • Work closely with Construction Managers and Superintendents to prepare comprehensive action plans which define project's resource allotment, timeline, and budget.

    • Provide support to safety and quality administrative operations through conducting safety and quality audits and generating associated reports.

    • Coordinate project and materials management activities including task assignment and scheduling and monitoring and tracking resources. and tracking deliveries.

    • Responsible for managing client relations which include leading meetings to define requirements, navigating change order requests, and providing periodic updates to ensure project specifications are met.

    • Track, manage, and adjust budget expenditures to meet project goals and minimize risk. Provide executive leadership with projections of financial health as requested.

    • Assist in the development and execution of trade partner contracts through the writing and verification of scope of works.

    • Analyze project risks and develop opportunities to mitigate risks related to project health.

    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

    • Ensure defined standards and requirements are being met and appropriate quality control measures are being utilized through conducting quality assurance tests.
