AMEE BAY LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Shipboard Project Manager to provide leadership and direction as a direct supervisor of contractor personnel working on-site to accomplish Naval HM&E installation or repair work along with experience in the supervision of technical support for Alteration/SC installation, maintenance and repair of HM&E ship systems.

The ideal candidate will have Engineering experience aboard U. S. Naval Ships, which may include operation, maintenance and testing of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and components.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Develop project schedules and coordinating workforce planning

• Track program progress, assess future planning and assist in cost control.

• Conduct cross program task layering / competing priority identification. Provide schedule risk mitigations, including sequencing and resource alignment.

• Supervising and ensuring the safety of all contractor personnel in the workforce

• Develop processes to identify and report program/project functional metrics to determine critical path progress to plan and assist in identification of risk mitigation actions to assist in maintaining project timelines.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen.

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) are preferred.

• Should be a graduate of high school, trade, or industrial school and have five years of experience with operation, installation, repair, modification and maintenance of shipboard Hull, Mechanical and Electrical systems and equipment.

• Working knowledge of NAVSEA standard items while working on Naval vessels.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.

• Five (5) years' experience as a Naval HM&E Project Manager.

• Experience to include contract & sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating and progress reporting.

• Experience in the supervision of personnel performing installation, maintenance, and repair of Naval HM&E ship systems.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Products ( Word, Excel, Project). Experience with Adobe.
