With our rapid growth, our team is ready to welcome an experienced and driven person to join our installation team.

We're hoping that you have some familiarity or at least interest in the solar industry, and a willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

? Review plan design and install all components of the solar system

? Electrically run the wire for AC/DC system

? Mount racking and electrical equipment

? Maintain inventory for each installation

? The ability to work in a team environment as crews typically work in numbers of 2-5

? Maintain a clean worksite

? Follow company and OSHA safety procedures

? Operate in a professional manner on each job site

? Miscellaneous errands included but not limited to: vehicle maintenance, warehouse organization, office upgrades, etc.

This position will be based out of our Lincoln, NE office

What We're Looking For

? 1-3 years of solar installation experience (strongly preferred)

? 1-3 years of construction experience (strongly preferred)

? Comfortable working on rooftops of any heights/pitch

? Ability to lift, pull, and push materials to complete assigned job task

? Strong understanding of residential and commercial regulations. Solar regulations a bonus

? Ability to meet hard and fast deadlines.

? Strong teamwork skills

? Strong attention to detail

? A clean driving record

? Professional appearance

Experience :

? 1-3 years of construction experience

? 1-3 years of solar installation experience (strongly preferred)

Pay range for this role is $18.00-$25.00 an hour, depending on experience.
