    What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, driving project success and exceeding client expectations. You'll oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.     Responsibilities

    About the Role

    Project Managers play a pivotal role in steering projects to success, overseeing them from the Preconstruction phase to final completion. Their effectiveness is gauged by client satisfaction, adherence to schedules, budget management, and profitability. They excel in managing teams, processes, and project execution, demonstrating a track record of building profound relationships with various stakeholders, including Superintendents, Project Executives, clients, developers, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and government entities.

    Main Responsibilities

    Proactively identify and address project risks to prevent negative outcomes. Craft detailed scopes of work for subcontract agreements. Develop accurate monthly financial projections and Cash Flow Analyses to ensure project financial stability. Collaborate closely with project Superintendents, assuming leadership roles when needed to maintain project timelines. Prioritize worker safety and ensure compliance with company policies. Foster productive relationships with subcontractors and vendors to fulfill contractual obligations. Manage the Project Closeout process, including initial discussions with owners and efficient coordination of the project team for timely completion. Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Engineers (PE) and Assistant Project Managers (APM) to facilitate their professional growth and advancement opportunities.
