SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to repair, maintain and upgrade steam distribution systems, condensate return systems, natural gas distribution, hot and cold domestic water systems, medical gas delivery systems, distilled and de-ionized water systems, effluent and waste piping, and fire sprinkler systems. Responsible to repair, maintain and upgrade all related system components.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Three (3) years job related experience in residential or industrial plumbing and mechanical trades required.

• Familiarity with NFPA codes.

• Valid Driver's License required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Operation of tractors, forklifts, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Technical school training in the plumbing arena and industrial plumbing experience are preferred.

• Medical gas brazing certification and asbestos abatement certifications are preferred.
