    Description:

    Perform skilled troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive maintenance on physical plant systems components and equipment. Performs maintenance, repairs, replacement, and installation of the facilities steam and condensate return system, vacuum, medical gas systems, natural gas system, sanitary and storm system, domestic hot and cold water, and heating/chilled water. Understands and adheres to all applicable safety policies and procedures, including safety education, infection control, accident prevention, and safe work practices. Performs other duties as assigned.

    High School graduation Minimum of two years experience in hospital. Maintains valid driver's license. Minimum of three years experience in industrial plumbing/pipe fitting and maintenance.
