Welder ( $680 - $1,120 paid weekly )

Our client companies in Akron, OH are immediately seeking MIG, TIG, Stick, and Sub Arc Welders who will have core responsibilities on their production and fabrication team.  These positions are critical to the production of quality, industrial manufacturing equipment that is shipped worldwide. As a welder you will:

• Ensure materials are welded correctly by studying blueprints, visualizing and planning sequence of welding, 
• Finish welded surfaces by grinding, sanding or chipping rough/sharp edges and weld splatter,
• Inspect finished weldment to ensure welds confirm to print specifications, and
• Maintain a safe workplace by cleaning work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

Welder position highlights: 

• Pay starts at $17-28 per hour depending on experience and location.
• Evaluation hire for a permanent, FT position with generous benefits and advancement opportunities. Direct hire negotiable.
• First shift ONLY – Monday through Friday (some Saturday mornings possible).

What we look for in a Welder: 

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Minimum of one year’s experience.
• Takes pride in producing high quality work products.
