We are seeking talented carpenters with the following skills and attributes:

• Hands-on construction expertise to deliver remodeling projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Extensive experience in a wide range of construction areas, including demolition, framing, cabinet installation, trims and moldings, hardware and fixture installation, window installation, and more.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and trade specialists on assigned jobs, demonstrating maturity and leadership.
• Excellent on-site presence, displaying organizational skills, proactivity, professionalism, supportiveness, composure, and punctuality. Mentoring and supporting fellow carpenters is an integral part of this role.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, email, and text, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and accounting software is highly valued.
• Practical knowledge of and strict adherence to Building Codes.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending plans, contracts, and specifications.
• We are hiring finish carpenters at various levels, depending on the candidate's years of experience.
