HVAC Service Tech

Sandri is seeking a full time experienced HVAC technician to join our busy team. Our ideal tech will have 3+ years experience in HVAC. This position requires a driver's license in good standing.

HVAC Service Technician responsibilities at Sandri include:

• Preventive Maintenance of heating and cooling equipment
• Troubleshooting, Service, and Repair of HVAC equipment
• Required after hours call (reasonable call rotation schedule and compensation for being on call plus time and a half for after hours emergency calls )
• Answering customer questions and providing professional advice to address their concerns and make their home safe and comfortable
• Safely operating a company work van and keeping van clean and stocked
• Oversight of apprentice technicians on the job site and mentoring
