Location: San Diego (Lakeside)

Pay: $20-$23/hr

Shift: M-F 4am/5am start time

Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a vital role in the production of concrete shapes. Your main duties will include setting up molds, filling them with concrete, finishing the product, and preparing molds for future use.

Responsibilities

• Perform shop helper roles: move material, sweep, assist warehouse and production teams. Over time will learn the following.

• Set up molds for concrete shapes.

• Fill molds with concrete.

• Finish and unmold concrete shapes.

• Prepare and clean molds using a sponge and sandpaper for the next use.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools.

• Experience in general labor, construction, production, and concrete handling.

• Possess a hard-working attitude and a strong personality.

• Ability to stand, crouch, and bend

Work Environment

Work in a large warehouse factory that features some heavy equipment and cranes. The open-air facility can be loud, and temperatures vary with weather conditions. Join a team of about 60 individuals dedicated to excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
