    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in modular building units. This role involves working closely with construction teams to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in modular building units.

    • Perform electrical fit outs, including lighting, receptacles, panels, and low voltage systems.

    • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.

    • Conduct inspections to ensure electrical systems comply with NEC, local codes, and safety standards.

    • Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.

    • Support modular building assembly, setup, and site installation activities.

    • Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and system updates.

    • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe jobsite environment.

    Essential Skills

    • Proven years of professional electrical experience in construction, facilities, modular buildings, or related fields.

    • Comprehensive understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

    • Experience with conduit bending, panel wiring, and troubleshooting.

    • Valid electrician license (ET).

    • Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials in various site conditions.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • Proficiency in conduit installation and repair.

    • Experience in bending conduit and working with schematics.

    Pay and Benefits
