Description

Overview The client is seeking a skilled Craftsman/Technician to support turnover, punch-list completion, and general finishing work. This role requires strong reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day labor while coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to complete unit touch-ups with limited supervision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Complete punch-list tasks within one week per unit Perform general caulking and finishing work Support turnover of 10-12 units requiring touch-ups Touch up paint and finishes as needed Coordinate work with subcontractors General labor duties with light supervision

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
