Construction Superintendent

Job Description

An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing sub contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines. They will be supporting a large ground up build for a medical facility. This person will also be interacting with customers to give updates on timelines and budget.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

5+ years supporting commercial projects

Ability to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspects

Experience managing large multi story projects

Ground up construction experience Experience managing healthcare projects null
