Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a mid to senior level Construction Project Manager in beautiful Pensacola, Florida!

• Construction sites will be in the panhandle area, and the Project Manager will be managing the overall project planning, direction, completion, and financial outcome on assigned projects. The majority of these are for educational and medical facilities, so prior experience in these environments is a big plus.

• This position may oversee a single large project or multiple smaller projects.

• The Project Manager is responsible for project financials (accounting/ buy out), contract administration, change orders, procurement, submittals, schedule, and running meetings to ensure projects are completed safely, with quality, on time and within budget.

• Project financial management and reporting using Procore

• Pre-construction planning and execution

• Project scheduling development and updating

• Project Administration, Operations and Close-out

• Manage and coordinate company personnel and resources

• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders

• Prepare, review, and approve monthly subcontractor pay applications to Owner

• Lead key project meetings on pre-construction, site orientation, safety, scheduling, subcontract coordination, Owner Architect coordination, and envelope detail review and mock-ups

Skills and Requirements

• Ethical and highly professional with excellent communication skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial building construction project management

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check - Experience with Procore, ASTA or Primavera

• Experience on institutional, campus style education buildings and healthcare facilities.

• Experience with Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) inspections. null
