Construction Project Estimator

Job Description

Our large construction client is currently hiring for an Estimator to join their team in Piscataway NJ. This individual will be assisting with estimating for projects including large commercial, multi-family residential, as well as hospital builds/renovations. This individual should have a background with take offs and pricing as well as the architectural component to estimating. This individual will be onsite working with a small team using excel and on screen take off.

5+ years of construction estimating experience

experience with take offs and pricing

Architectural degree or estimating background

excel proficiency

experience working on large commercial and multi-family residential projects MEP estimating

on screen take off experience null
