  • Description

    Construction Administrator's primary responsibility is to Review drawings, specifications, addenda, Change Orders, Field Orders and directives, Shop Drawings, construction schedules, meeting minutes, Project correspondence and other Project related information for the purpose of being familiar with the work to be accomplished by the Contractor.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Review Shop Drawings and other submittals made by the Contractor for compliance with the Contract Documents. After review, submit to Architect with comments prior to issuance to the Contractor

    Review the Contractor's Record Drawings for accuracy and timeliness. Report status at every progress meeting before approval of the Application for Payment.

    Any observed deviations from the Contract Documents shall be reported immediately to the Architect.

    Provide a Field Report stating the progress and quality of the Work to determine if materials, equipment, and installation is in compliance with the Contract Documents.

    Projects supported: K-12, Higher Education, Mutli-Family Housing, Judicial
