Carpenter - Maryview Medical Center

Performs a wide variety of carpentry and locksmith related work.

• High school or Equivalent

• Trade school preferred

• 5-7 years experience in carpentry trade, locksmith

• Performs a wide variety of carpentry works to walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, casework and furniture to ensure they are safe and attractive.

• Works to ensure Life Safety and Fire Safety of the facility is maintained

• Performs duties as a locksmith

• Collateral duties include, but not limited to: standing weekend duty, acting as a hospital engineering mechanic, responsible for cleanliness/upkeep of assigned mechanical rounds and those of assigned areas.

• Participates as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to current job description, as workload demands as directed by Coordinator.
