Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $26 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Building Maintenance Worker:

• Clean and keep safe around walkways, elevators and surrounding areas.

• Repair items as tasks for the day

• Clean around pool areas and BBQ site including BBQ

• Update Maintenance log as needed

• HVAC experience a plus

• Maintain around buildings, walkways and elevator.

• Complete daily tasks if needed

• Some knowledge of handyman tasks is needed

• HVAC knowledge is a plus

Available shifts

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements

• Some knowledge of handman knowledge

• Some building maintenance experience a plus
