Building Engineer

Our client in Springhouse, PA is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting facility operations.

Job Title: Building Engineer

Location: Springhouse, PA

Pay Range: up to $37.93/hour, DOE

What's the Job?

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds.

• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors.including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.

• Maintain the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

• Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

What's Needed?

• High shool diploma or GED

• 4+ years of related experience

• Universal CFC certification (EPA Universal certification preferred)

• Effective communication skills & computer literacy

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skils
