Description

Superintendent with 8+ years of construction supervision experience with at least 3-4 years of multifamily or commercial construction experience

Seeking qualified applicant with good references

Must have or be willing to attain OSHA 10 Certification

Must be able to use Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel; or be familiar with Procore

Must be able to communicate with Project Manager and Architect on daily basis

Extensive understanding of plans and submittal process

Must be able to work with others in a constructive manner

Be able to identify issues with scheduling and plans

Must have strong communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Assist in Supervision of 200+ multifamily units

Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for assisting with daily coordination of all superintendent activities, daily reports, monthly reports, delivery, scheduling, inspections, and safety protocols.

Coordinate the compliance of all codes

Coordinate all architectural, structural, and geotechnical compliance

Coordinate all RFI's with lead architect and Project Manager

Review all submittals after approval form architect to insure subcontractor installs all materials per approved submittal

Supervising the development of all assistants

Coordinate work scopes among all trades to promote efficient project operations
