    WSP is Initiating a search for an Office Engineer.

    Your Impact

    • Will assist the Office Engineer with all office duties including but not limited to:

    • Review and coordinate all job correspondence.

    • Review and check inspector's daily work reports for correctness and accuracy.

    • Create and maintain submittal logs including all shop drawings.

    • Schedule meetings and prepare all meeting minutes for distribution.

    • Create and maintain all job records according to MURK utilizing NYSDOT's Site Manager.

    • Follow standard practices to provide technical assistance that accounts for the proper inspection, construction, and functioning of buildings, highways, roads, bridges, structures, infrastructure, equipment, and/or mechanical systems according to design standard specifications.

    Who You Are

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma

    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant post education experience in discipline with prior construction inspection experience. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

    • Eagerness to learn.

    • Team oriented.

    • Ambitious.

    • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

    • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

    • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • NICET II Certification (Equivalent

    • Associate's Degree

    Compensation

    Expected Salary (all locations): $60,700 - $116,000

    WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on
