    Site Manager/Electrician

    The SM/Electrician is responsible without direct supervision for meeting Contractor's work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this TO.

    The SM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO. The SM shall work closely with the government and local representatives including scheduling required meetings or conferences and be available within four (4) hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss focus areas. Under direct supervision, maintains, inspects, and repairs the site's electrical system for all sites, and monitors electrical connections on site generators. Maintains and repairs low voltage (600 volts and below) real property electrical systems to the code that it was installed. Maintains and repairs the electrical systems (600 volts and below) on feeder circuits from the main lugs (secondary bushings) on the load side of pad mounted transformers for underground systems, and the standard utility connection point of an overhead riser or meter loop, transformers, streetlights, grounding equipment, electrical manholes, and other systems on-site. Responsible for inspecting, maintenance, repairing and preventive maintenance on sites Power Quality, Ground Support Equipment, Fire and Safety Hazards, Lighting Standards, Comprehensive Electrical System Surveys, Electrical System Inspections. Install, repair, replace, modify, test, and maintain, fire alarm systems, generators, and intrusion alarm systems to maintain proper operational capability IAW UFC 3-601-02, NFPA, and the original equipment manufacturer's instructions. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various cleanup activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.

    Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience. Shall possess electrical technician certification required by contract, local commercial standards, and laws (to include DoD and U.S. Army directives instructions, and regulations). Coordinate with USG, IDF, and local agencies to acquire and maintain the proper fire alarm system certifications. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

    The SM/Electrician shall be a US National with a secret clearance and have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience related to site management and (5) years of field electrical operations.
