    With our continued growth, we are looking for an Aerial Lineman Labor to join our team in the Slinger, WI area.

    The Role

    • Strive to provide the best customer experience every day

    • Install and/or repair aerial cable tv (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable

    • Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, open wire, drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of the customer's facilities

    • Sets up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers

    • Direct traffic in accordance with local Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as necessary

    • Complete additional tasks, such as underground work, as needed

    Requirements

    • 1+ year(s) of aerial fiber optic installation and/or telecommunication construction required

    • Valid driver's license

    • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)

    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements

    • Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines

    • Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment

    • Ability to travel daily, open to a variety of schedules, participate in on-call evenings and weekends as needed

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities

    • Ability to lift and carry 70lbs consistently

    • Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires

    • Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time

    • Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools
