Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.
Minimum six years of experience working as a construction inspector in a CM capacity, with an emphasis in School, Higher Education and Commercial construction projects.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Primavera P3.
Ability to read and understand a construction schedule.
Have sound communication skills both written and verbal and able to record job-site information on written daily reports and photographs.

Job Description: The Infrastructure and Environment division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented construction specialist for employment in the Eaton, OH area. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Construction Management / Owner's Representation, specific to School Construction. URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. The incumbent can look forward to projects including School and Commercial building construction.
Incumbent Responsibilities:
. Ensure work, materials and equipment delivered to the site conforms to plans, specifications and standards. Review submittals and process Requests for information. . Ensure compliance of Best Management Practices. . Record detailed daily work activity by the Contractor via computer generated reports, logs and photographs. . Conduct job progress meetings, coordination meetings and processes contractor closeout procedures. . Understand construction schedule and capable of determining potential delays to the project. Also, be able to update and provide schedule status. . Communicate any deviation from plans, specifications and standards to the Project Manager. . Keep records of as-built conditions. . Schedule and facilitate construction related activities. . Prepare meeting minutes and agendas.
