*500 kv Switchyard Testing, Commissioning and Energization *115kv Switchyard Testing, Commissioning and Energization *Power Distribution System Commissioning *Loop Check Experience *Ensures compliance with all environmental permits limits and supports regulatory reporting requirements. *Assists in the development of system turnover packages *Supports project specific Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) program *Supports project specific Work Request / Work Permit programs *Participates in all phases of plant commissioning / turnover activities *Ensures proper operation of all systems and equipment *Troubleshoots plant operational issues and coordinates corrective action with required discipline *Ensures effective application of all strategic Commissioning/Turnover tools, techniques, and programs i.e. Commissioning Manual, Field Reference Guidelines, Manufacturers' recommendations, standard industry practices, etc. *Develops detailed and integrated start-up processes and plans *Reports discipline progress against scheduled activities *Enhances skills, performance, and development of all employees by sponsoring and promoting training programs to ensure adherence to specifications and promote work of the highest quality *Coordinates craft and equipment support for Commissioning / Turnover activities *Prepares, maintains and communicates records, reports or documents that may be required by corporate or regulatory requirements *Supports equipment vendor Technical Assistants, as required, during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities *Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing established project procedures relating to safety, work permitting and work order systems adhering to legal requirements *Supervision of approximately 12 commissioning team member
