Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in HVAC or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years HVAC design or construction drawings' related working experience.
3. Familiar with MEP construction drawings' regulations.
4. Familiar with HVAC design regulations, and code for construction and acceptance; understanding the standards of related equipments and materials.
5. Familiar with Auto CAD and other design software.
6. Familiar with the coordination work of MEP, and could read the architectural drawings.
7. Basic ability of drawings review and optimization; knowing the whole process of project, and with good application ability of technology.
8. Strong learning spirit in professional technology, a good team player with good responsibility.
Job Description: . Participating MEP concept design, independently completing HVAC preliminary design and review construction design for large scale projects;
2. Tracking design procedure, analyze and settle technical issues, and provide timely report;
3. Collaborating with other discipline engineers for MEP equipment/material selection and quotation;
4. Responsible for document control and filing.
