Our services encompass planning, design, procurement, construction, startup, optimization and maintenance. Primary Purpose Under minimal supervision, is the technical lead in one or more highly specialized areas of application systems analysis and programming. Provides technical leadership on complex projects. May act as an expert in business or functional area. Designs and modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. May be responsible for multiple phases of a project. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The position involves working with a team of engineers and software development professionals using C# and SQL to develop .NET web services and supporting foundation data access layers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience. At least 8 years related experience using C#, SQL and .NET. Preferred Job Qualifications Training related to business area supported (i.e. Accounting, Engineering, etc.). The applicant must have demonstrated C# programming skills, experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server), and experience developing .NET web services.
