Senior Project Manager
Primary Responsibilities will include: * Developing business (marketing and sales) with new and existing customers * Developing and leading a technical services team * Providing engineering design, procurement, and construction administration services

Requirements:
Great people for this position will have: * 10 years of industry and client-account experience * Business Development experience and network * Leadership experience (P&L and People) in an Engineering consulting firm * Project Management experience * BS Degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) * P.E. License * Expertise in one of the following: - Industrial Processing Facilities - Energy/LEED services - Industrial Maintenance Services - Energy Distribution Engineering Services (Generation, Substation & Switchyard, Distribution, Distribution System Modeling, Planning, & Studies) * The ability to work out of our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD location
