The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) located in Seattle, Washington is searching for a Construction Contracts Manager responsible for the procurement, administration and close-out of various complex architectural/engineering and construction contracts for significant capital construction projects, valuing an excess of 15 billion dollars.

The successful candidate will have the technical skill, knowledge and experience to ensure the successful procurement and administration of significant and complex construction contracts for capital projects. In addition, the successful candidate will proactively support the construction contracts sections success in construction project delivery, customer service, partnerships, and process improvements.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree with major course work in engineering, public administration, business administration, contract management, or ten years of increasing responsible experience in procuring and administering significant and complex construction contracts, preferred. Resident Engineer experience, Office Engineer experience, and experience procuring and administering federally funded complex construction contracts is a plus. Must have previous supervisory experience.
